hold my lederhosen dunkelweizen | 4.6% abv
Traditional Bavarian style Dunkelweizen. "Dunkel" is German for wheat. It features banana and clove aromas that lead to a light, grainy flavour with balanced, slight caramel sweetness and a medium-to-full bodied mouthfeel.
Additions of Centennial hops throughout the boil provide the backbone for this traditional West Coast style IPA. Dry hopped with Centennial, Citra and Simcoe to provide a pleasant orange and pine aroma. Balanced with light caramel sweetness and medium mouthfeel. Medium-deep orange hue and low haze.
KICKA' GINGER | 5.5% abv
30lbs of fresh peeled pureed ginger is added to the boil kettle for this unique amber ale. Ginger aroma and flavour with a slight spiciness are present throughout and reminiscent of ginger beer. Balanced with a crystal malt sweetness for a very distinct beer.

Jelly King translates well to a non-alc version, as many of the flavours that make it so nice to drink come from the yeast and the bacteria used in the brewing process. We sour the base of both the beer and the non-alc in the same way, and this results in interesting, predominantly peachy characteristics brought on by mixed fermentation.
This limited edition Non-Alc Jelly King variant was conditioned on loads of raspberries and blackberries. Tart, fruity and delicious!
